Would syslog-ng be the best option for ingesting Oracle API Gateway (OAG) logs?

I'm primarily interested in the transaction and access logs. I also wanted to add that the OAG instances are located within the Oracle Cloud (OCI). Splunk is also set up on OCI instances.
