Why is Splunk not downloading?

I'm having issues with downloading , after i press download it takes me to the Splunk Software License Agreement page without downloading anything and there is no check box or any button to continue the process on the page.

Seems like a browser issue. Try a different browser or incognito window.

are you speaking about download from the splunk site at the URL https://www.splunk.com/en_us/download/splunk-enterprise.html  ?

Usually download automatically starts an d it's possible to force download with the button "Try this URL" https://download.splunk.com/products/splunk/releases/8.2.5/windows/splunk-8.2.5-77015bc7a462-x64-rel...)
