Why did Imap stop indexing in Splunk?

We are receiving logs from imap before but it suddenly stops indexing data. No recent changes was made on our end. Our architecture is Imap > Imap Mailbox > UF > Splunk Indexer. How can receive email again? We've checked the mailbox and found delivered emails. How can we also know the server name/host name for imap server? What are the files/permissions needs to check? Please help.
