Why can't I see my forwarder in the forwarder management?

a stupid question: did you followed the steps described at https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/8.2.3/Updating/Configuredeploymentclients to configure your client for connection with your deployment server?

If yes, please share more information about your architecture and the steps you did.
