What is the recommended way to index massage trace logs?

Hi

what is the recommended way to index massage trace logs ?

 

currently we are using  Microsoft Office 365 Reporting Mail Add-on for Splunk

 

also in the older version of Splunk Add-on for Microsoft Office 365 we had ServiceStatus , ServiceMessage

and I don't see it in the latest release
