Using Splunk Clound free trial, the SSL is enable for HEC where is the certifcate

The ssl is enabled and can not change when using Splunk Clound free trial, where I can find/download the certificate.

Hi

on your cloud instantance on left side is app called "Universal Forwarder" which contains UF package and instructions how to use it to send events to your SC instance.
