Installing Splunk 9.2.0.1 on Windows Server 2019 ends prematurely.

I get the issue if install the .msi in cmd with /passive and if I install it in gui.

I have seen the issue resolved on earlier Windows Server versions by creating a dummy string i regedit.
It does not work in Server 2019.

I have a log fil but it is to big to be inserted in my post here.

I found this in the msi log

’SetAccountType:  Error 0x80004005: Cannot set GROUPPERFORMANCEMONITORUSERS=1 since the local users/groups are not available on Domain Controller’

Now I just need to found out if I can bypass it
