Syslog as output action for Alerts

Hi,

I would like to know if i can configure Syslog as one of the output action to the alerts whenever it is generated and send the set of data to the 3rd party syslog server.

You can route selected data to a 3rd party system, which might be a better way to do this.

However, I think the *nix example in this link answers your question
