Hi,

I am new to the splunk. I installed splunk on my windows 7 machine and trying to monitor the log files. I just wanted to know if there is any way to stream the logs as they are being written to log file. Currently, i can open log file and i can not the see the log file streaming in splunk.

If you want to see the monitored log file events "streaming" in Splunk then I would suggest executing a realtime search.
