Create_Failed: The following resource(s) failed to create: SplunkDMCtrailCWLogSubscriptionFilterCustomResource. 

We are able to pass all the prereq's and then after deploying the cloudformation template in AWS it fails to create the SplunkDMCtrailCWLogSubscriptionFilterCustomResource and we are never able to ingest the cloudtrail logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I failed to mention the issue I am reporting is while using DataManager in Splunk Cloud.
