Hello,

when the trial version expires, is it possible, when re installing splunk, to keep the buckets from old splunk installation ?

Hi @warmup031,

yes, you can copy the full index folder in the new location. this is the way to move an entire index from a location to another.

Remeber to to this with Splunk not working and remember to use the indexes.conf.
