Splunk cannot find my file

Hi, I have problem here, i already complete file transferring to Splunk server using cronjob. But unfortunately, all transfer's files cannot be reach by Splunk. Need assistance on this

your request is just a little vague!

could you share some additional information?

• are you speaking of ingest the content of a text file?
• what operative system are you using,
• are you using an Universal or an Heavy Forwarder?
• which is the Splunk version?
• could you share the inputs.conf?
• if the server where files are stored is different than the Splunk server, are you already receiving the Splunk internal logs from that target server (you can check this with a simple search "index=_internal host=>your_host>")?
