SmartStore on Azure?

Has anyone managed to get SmartStore working with an Azure Storage Account?

I know the requirement is S3 compatibility, but each vendor will implement that differently, could you not get it working with native Microsoft API

Hi @port7,

SmartStore (S2) Is currently not supported on Azure, you can still technically build it if needed by leveraging solutions such as MinIO.

Whitepaper here:

https://min.io/resources/docs/Leveraging-MinIO-for-Splunk-SmartStore-S3-storage.pdf

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

David

Good day

I have been searching about smartStore on Azure and seen not to find anything. I just wanted to find out if you managed to implement it successfully and how did you do it.
