Hey all, I understand splunk doesn't read in an excel file unless its converted to csv or plain text but wanted to see if anyone had some ideas about something I'd like to do..

I would LOVE to be able to point splunk to a master directory that has anywhere from 20-50 subdirectories and over 100-200 excel files in them. It would be great to be able to search through the data in every single spreadsheet.

Any ideas?
