SNMP No Response before timeout

I Will try to use add-on Simple SNMP Getter but the response like the picture , please advice

This simply means that your input is sending an SNMP get or walk request but is not getting a response. There might be a multitude of possible reasons - wrong host, wrong community, wrong protocol version, firewall rules...

Are you asking a question? If so, this is not clear.

Did you follow the installation instructions?
Did you verify that there are no host or network rules or filtering that block SNMP packets/queries?
