Hi @meenakande,
if you have Splunk Cloud, you surely have an Heavy Forwarder to concentrate logs before sending to Splunk Cloud.
So you can use it to take the syslogs from VM-Ware.
If you haven't an Heavy Forwarder (usually they are at least two) I suggest to review your architecture!
