Jira issues collector add-on

Hi,

I have installed Jira issues collector add-on to onboard the jira logs in splunk. configuration is done and I am able to see the logs in splunk .But my jira board contains 4685 events but I can see only 1000 events in splunk. I have read somewhere that this add-on will limit only 1000 events at a time. ca anyone help me how to onboard other events
