Is there a way to collect logs from a table in RDBMS (SQL server) in Splunk Light?

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask if there is an option to collect logs from a table I created in a SQL server in Splunk Light (and how)?

As jterry mentioned, you can create your own script to pull the data and write to file, or use modular inputs (something i'm not very familiar with). DBConnect isnt supported with splunk light and splunk free.
