Getting Data In

Is there a cloud service that can act as a syslog server and forward logs into Splunk?

I have a number of small remote offices that do not have network connectivity back to our datacenters. We are trying to get Meraki firewall logs into Splunk Cloud. It appears we are required to set up a syslog server or a heavy forwarder. In general these are intentionally simple offices with no servers, so I would like to be able to forward logs into Splunk cloud without building on-premises infrastructure.

Is there a simple cloud service that can act as a syslog server and then just forward them into Splunk?

It seems like to small of a problem to justify building on-premises servers or trying to expose a syslog server to the internet and have to take on that management and security overhead.
