Integrate Splunk with Azure Devops

We are trying retrieve user story details from Azure Devops (TFS) to splunk. Users wanted the work items closed and opened from tfs to splunk in the form of reports. We already have the RTC integrated with splunk. We are getting the reports of user story and also was able to download the same to excel.
