My Question is can we import excel file data in to splunk

As Damien said, if you save the file as a csv, SPLUNK can read it and index it. CSV is simply a comma seperated value file, ie a text file. What do you mean "But it does not show results as it is supposed to show."?

Can you convert it into CSV format ? If so , then you will be able to index it quite easily.

We can import the data in splunk. But it does not show results as it is supposed to show.
