Im getting Universal forwarder setup failed preamaturely error when i try to upgrade from 6.4.1 to 6.5.2. I tried everything i could find in splunk answers

Im getting Universal forwarder setup failed preamaturely error when i try to upgrade from 6.4.1 to 6.5.2.

Running the install as administrator
