IE script pop up issues since 4.1 upgrade

Since upgrading to 4.1 we are having issues performing searches. We constantly get IS (and FireFox) pop up warnings 'Stop running this script? A script on this page is causing Internet Epxlorer to run slowly. If it contunies to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Yes/No' Clicking yes results in the same window poping back up repeatedly and we are unable to get the searches to run unless made very small.

We did not have this problem before the 4.1 upgrade (we were on 4.0.9)

Thank you

Trevor

Yikes! What browser are you running? Is it just when you run the search in the main search view (/flashtimeline)? does it happen if you run the same search in the 'advanced charting view' (/charting)?
