I have question about Metrics

Hello
I am working on the DynamoDB metrics, where I have found some metrics are available in the cloudwatch but not in the splunk.
List of metrics which are available in the cloudwatch but not in the splunk.

ReadThrottleEvents

ThrottledRequests 

WriteThrottleEvents

System errors

What can be reason for this?
