Can anyone help why this Warning message is coming in Splunkd log

Hi @Debottam 

Can you check network connectivity between the forwarder and deployment is working ?

telnet deplotmentserevrip 8089

and verify in deploymentclient.conf file correct deployment server IP used 

[deployment-client]

[target-broker:deploymentServer]
targetUri= <deplotmentserevrip>:8089
