The CLI command "add tcp ..." does not allow one to set the sourcename of the input source that it creates. How can one set it through the CLI?

I assume it's impossible. I've found the CLI not to be useful so I've written Ruby scripts to edit the ini files in etc/system/local and restart the splunk server.
