How to send csv/report to a secure file transfer protocol server?

Hi, I have a report/CSV which I want to send to a remote Secure File Transfer Protocol server.
I am using Splunk version 7.1.5 and can see an option of "SFTP Delivery" in Trigger actions but I don't know why it's not working.
Can someone help me or suggest any other ways to send this file to a remote SFTP server?
What do I write in "SFTP Destination filename"?
Just the file name or the full path where I would want to send the file?
Please suggest.

What app are you using that added the ability for you to send SFTP from splunk? This is not out of the box functionality and you need to tag the app that's giving you this option.
