How to recognize CSV header of search statement and create table

I am Japanese. Post using Google Translate.

As shown below, there is a comma separated CSV file, the first line is the header.

col1, col2, col3
aaa, bbb, ccc
ddd, eee, fff
ggg, hhh, iii

I want to recognize the first line as a header in search and create a table.
However, automatic recognition as a csv file at the time of upload is not used.

Please tell me if there is a way.
Thank you.
