How to optimize Splunk forwarder consuming windows paging file?

Faced with the problem of consuming windows paging file by splunk universal forwarder. I didn't find a similar problem in the documentation and in the questions. What could be the reason? How to optimize?

splunkforwarder v 8.0.4
OS: windows server 2008, 4 GB RAM, paging file dynamic
