How to install indexer in specific server

Hi,

I am currently working in distributed deployment. I need to install indexer in different independent server.

I checked in splunk docs but i didnot found. Please can you help on this?

Have you read through the Distributed search documentation? Let us know if there is something that is not clear after you go through this. You will install the splunk server on your new server and then configure it as an additional search peer.

You'll need to be more specific as to your question. An indexer is just a full install.
