How to ingest MECM logs in to Splunk?

Hello,

The Customer I'm supporting wants to configure splunk to ingest MECM data and generate reports form it.   I've tried looking through the splunk.doc's website but cant seem to find anything.  Should I just use the SCCM doc as a guide or does anyone else know of any resources.  Thank you
