How to get splunk data into either csv or excel

Could someone advise please, how to get splunk data into either csv or excel?

Hello subbunara,

When you perform a splunk search, once the search has run you will get a "Export" option. Click on that and you will then be able to export to a file in xml, json or csv format.

I hope that this is what you were needing.

Sorry, could you please elaborate a little further with what you require...are you wanting to perform a splunk search, put output in csv, then copy this data into your database?(All automated, of course)
