I want to assign the count of users on the X-axis where series of Zipcode on Y-axis. I have one .csv file which has the two columns as Time, Zipcode and Users.

Can you please help me with this?
Thanks

Try something like this

your base search to get data from csv file | stats count(Users) as count by Zipcode

On the visualization, select Bar chart.

Assuming you load the csv file into Splunk, you could get the users per day by zipcode in a bar chart with something like this:

source="zipcodetest.csv" sourcetype="csv" | timechart span=1d count(user) by zipcode

Then choose the "Bar" visualization.
