How to configure Splunk Monitor and KEPServerEX?

I have beginning with Splunk.

I want comunicate my asset (PLC Rockwell) with Splunk through of TCP protocol and KEPServerEX.

However, I do not know how to configure my KEPServerEX and Splunk.

For example: How I to discover my port TCP to communication?
