How to add upload files functionality to the Splunk App where we want to add files for storage or as a repository and not for indexing

We are building a Splunk App using KV store and we want to give user an option to upload file to maintain some kind of storage or repository. The user can upload files like .CSV,.DOC,.XLS.

Can you please recommend a way on how it can be done? Thank you
