How do I start splunkd process (Enterprise and Universal Forwarder) with NICE command on Linux?

As subject, can anyone tell me how to start splunk process with "NICE" command on Linux?
(Both splunk enterprise and splunk universal forwarder)

Just do the following:

$ /bin/nice -n 3 command-name

replace command-name with "$SPLUNK_HOME/bin/splunk start"
