How do I ingest logs generated from Outlook thick client running on Windows 7?

We are specifically looking to Ingest logs generated from the Outlook client that will capture Outlook Rule and Folder creation and Actions defined in the Rule.

We can capture the info when a Rule is created by a user withing the O365 web access but not when it is created from the Outlook thick client?
