How do I get the logs from the servers into Splunk?

I am new to Splunk. Just installed Splunk on my servers. Kindly let me know how I can start receiving the logs from other severs.

Could you give us a bit more information on you search? What kind of servers are you get to forward into Splunk, how many servers are there, etc... The more information that you give our user group, the better chance you have of getting your question answered. Thanks!
