How can I download or print the Install Guide for the Box App for Splunk?

I don't see a way to download or print the guide.
There is no print button. Can't print from the browser either.
There is no download button, or a way to add the document to my Box account.

They should really allow downloads of this document, instead of just displaying the HTML5 version.

Thanks. I made my own PDF using screen shots, but why they don't allow downloads, or even respond here, is very disconcerting.
