Hello,

I'm looking to find out the Mean Time to Resolve value using REST API, can anyone provide the attribute to be used in order to capture this for a specified time frame.

Thanks,

We can see the Mean time to resolve on the dashboard for a particular period. But I would like to get the same information using GET request. MTTR for closed containers for a particular period.

Thanks,
Chaitanya

Can you provide more details? What do you want to find the MTTR of exactly?

Hope I was able to help you. If so, some karma would be appreciated.

I could see the MTTR at the dashboard but I would like to see the same using GET method. Also MTTR for closed containers.
