Hello,

I have installed the DB Connect add-on, after restarting and logging into the APP, it keeps loading indefinitely until the error message appears.

I have gone through all the threads related to this error message but none of them have helped me to solve the problem.

Hi

you must add path to Java jvm on DB Connect configuration even you can see correct java output on cmd line. The correct path could be different on your environment based on used Java package.

That's correct place. Just add JRE Installation Path like /opt/java/jdk/jre. My hint is to avoid version number here or otherwise after JDK has updated DBX cannot found it anymore as path has changed.
