Okay got your problem ,

You need to specify a regex in the inputs.conf to make sure that it assigns the proper host value .

The parameter for that is host_regex .

so until you specify the regex it shows you all the events from windowsno1 and 2 with host = windows2 as the logs are getting from windows 2 to splunk.

hey @test_qweqwe
what logs are you sending to windows2? As I see you have installed windows_TA it seems that it is a Splunk Add-on for Windows which provides data inputs for Windows management. You can monitor, manage, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems from one place. The add-on comes with a set of file, event log, performance monitoring, and other inputs for collecting CPU, disk, I/O, memory, log, configuration, and user data.
so the question is how are you forwarding these logs to windows2?

Don't you think this is not something you are doing indexing manually by writing monitor inputs? in this case, it should show but in your case, you can not, rather you need to install forwarder and add-on on winodow1 as well

I hope this helps you!

Oh, the problem is another 🙂
windows1 monitoring another machines, but it's looking as in my screenshot

Another hosts only shows in logs as field of logs of windows1. I need to show another as separate hosts.

Do u understand what I mean? It's kinda hard me explain on English.
http://prntscr.com/hq1g59 (I monitoring them, but there are not Update Last time, coz dat hosts including as fields of WIN2012LAB).
