Changing setup page does not update the actual page - why?

I have changed my appserver/static/javascript directory and the setup page that reffers to it does not update.

I tried to uninstall the add-on, restart Splunk server, but it does not change...

please help me figure out what do I miss... 

this is my setup page dashboard (./javascript/setup_page.js is the file I changed without any effects😞
