Can you help us with our SNOW/Splunk Integration?

We are doing things different than how things are normally configured for the integration between SNOW and Splunk. We are ingesting the the alerts from Splunk into SNOW, but we want them to show as events not incidents.

Will this be special configuration on the SNOW side, or any suggestion on how to achieve?

I spoke with Robert Mandelbaum - This is possible with configuration completed in the TA. Highly recommended that this be completed by pro services.
