Building a dashboard with Flex using input data from Splunk csv file

hi,all
we are building a dashboard with Flex using input data from Splunk CSV files.
A CSV file is updated in 5 min intervals per day. The number of CSV file and the size of the file is big.
To make this dashboard displaying a real-time data, we are looking for any other options instead of CSV.
Is there any way we can get real-time data directly from Splunk?
