Getting Data In

Anyone using Meraki Presence API to send AP stats to Splunk REST API?

Meraki cloud controller allows you to configure a secret and POST URL (to your server) in order to send JSON post files.
I'm having trouble getting started within SPLUNK REST API to capture that data. Whether or not I need to setup a NameSpace or simply an endpoint. Obviously, this is my first attempt at the Splunk REST API.
I have been successful running the curl commands to retrieve data from my local Splunk instance but I'm at a loss for how to setup a "Meraki" endpoint, if that is correct, to capture that data from the external cloud controller.

Thanks in advance.

I am not in the position to answer your question as I am still studying the Presence API and trying to understand as to how I can use this API. Is there any document as to how I can use this API? Do we have to create a webpage and put it in Apache web server and then use the Maraki dashbord where we can click on configure -> network-wide settings to make use of JSON posts. There is also a sample ruby script available on https://docs.meraki.com/display/MR/Presence+API

I am trying to set up a basic lab and I badly need help and guidance.

Thanks in advance
