Anyone know if the "Segmentation and Index size" video is still available anywhere?

Does anyone know where I can access the "Segmentation and Index size" video by Stephen Sorkin? I know it was a bit old when I watched it like 4+ years ago, but I thought a lot of the core concepts and ideas were still relevant.

I felt like it did a good job explaining some of the details of what's going on under the covers. I was hoping to review it again, but haven't been able to locate.
