Add Data Page Not Found

Hello.

I've installed Splunk Enterprise for Windows x-64 bit on my Windows 10 machine for training purposes.

I am working on the Splunk Fundamentals_Module 4 Lab. In Task 2: Ingest Web Application Data into Splunk Enterprise Step 8. Thee is no Add Data icon displayed got to the Home app by clicking the Splunk Enterprise logo int the upper left corner of the interface. Please help getting the Add Data icon to display.
