Hello,

I'm trying to access the Data Management Experience and specifically Edge Processors. Our company has Splunk Enterprise v9.3.2 and Splunk Cloud v9.3.2411.121(I think in the Oregon region).

I have a Splunk Enterprise trial account, can I access Edge Processors there to make a proof of concept? Or do we need to reach out to our Account Representative?

sidenote: my previous message was marked as spam and I'm not sure why. If there's something I'm missing, please let me know.

You can access edge prosessor on Splunk Enterprise 10, but it works only in linux version. So if you are running it on Windows or macOS then it didn't work.

There are instructions how to enable EP control plane in Enterprise https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk... just follow up that instruction and then you should get it to work.
