transfer community's account

Is there way to transfer account young.so@gdit.com to young.so@securepro-inc.com?

I've switch companies.  I also lost the user group slack access.  oh, and also need the transfer of User group leader for Navy.  I need similar update. @Support

I ended up just created a community account with my personal email address.

That might be tricky. Its worth to check with the support.

Based on Splunk's policy, swapping out email addresses on existing accounts is not possible. The process requires creating a new account with a new email address, among other steps.
